Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on products only, so you’ve got 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

What can’t be returned

Custom boots and services are non-returnable.

Everything we do is made to order and hand-crafted, so once it’s done, it’s final. Just make sure you’re happy with sizing before ordering.

We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returning an item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags and packaging

You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, just email us at support@bootsnpieces.com and we’ll guide you through it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something’s not right with your order, let us know as soon as you receive it. We’ll sort it.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return your original order and place a new one once it’s approved.

EU orders

If your order is shipped to the EU, you’ve got 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason.

Items still need to be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved.

If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to show it).
